New Science Laboratory Commissioned for Secondary Section
A fully re-equipped physics, chemistry, and biology laboratory now serves JSS and SS students — with practicals scheduled weekly for every class.
We are delighted to announce the commissioning of our fully re-equipped science laboratory, serving both junior and senior secondary students.
The refurbished space features dedicated physics, chemistry, and biology stations, modern safety equipment, fume extraction, and sufficient apparatus for every student to perform practicals individually — not in groups of five.
“Science is learnt by doing,” said the Proprietor at the commissioning. “Every child at The Leadway will now hold the apparatus, record the readings, and defend the results.”
Practical schedules are now embedded in the weekly timetable for Basic 5 through SS 3, in line with WAEC and NECO practical requirements.
